We currently ship only within the United States. Here’s a breakdown of our shipping process:

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (We need time to lovingly prepare your pet’s new bed!)
  • Delivery Time: 3-6 business days (Delivery times may vary depending on location.)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey to your doorstep! 

7. Returns and Refunds (30-Day Guarantee)

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your Fauna Flicker bed. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Here’s how it works:

  • Free Returns: We offer free return shipping within the USA.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Process: Contact us at support@faunaflicker.store to initiate a return. We’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  • Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers (1-Year Warranty)

We stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage caused by pets (chewing, scratching, etc.)

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@faunaflicker.store with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability
