We want you (and your pet!) to be completely happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer 30-day hassle-free returns with FREE return shipping. We’re confident in the quality of our beds, but if you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right!

You have a full 30 days from the date you receive your Fauna Flicker bed to decide if it’s the perfect fit for your pet. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. And the best part? Return shipping is completely FREE! We believe in making the return process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

2. What Can Be Returned: Keeping it Simple

We want to make this easy! Here’s what we ask when returning an item:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging included.
  • The bed should be free from excessive pet hair, stains, or damage (beyond minor wear and tear from initial inspection). We understand pets are curious, but please try to keep it relatively clean during the trial period.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned as a complete set.

Returning your Fauna Flicker bed is as easy as 1-2-3!

  1. Contact Us: Send us an email at support@faunaflicker.store or call us at +18597442967 (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST). Let us know you’d like to return your item and provide your order number.
  2. Receive Your Free Return Label: We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out.
  3. Pack & Ship: Carefully repackage the bed in its original packaging (if possible) and attach the return label to the outside of the box. Drop it off at your nearest shipping location for the carrier specified on the label.

4. Refund Methods and Timeframes: Quick & Efficient

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

That’s right! Return shipping is always FREE for returns and exchanges within the contiguous United States. We’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

7. Damaged or Defective Items: We’ve Got You Covered!

We take great care in packaging our beds to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@faunaflicker.store or+18597442967 We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

8. Non-Returnable Items: A Few Exceptions

While we try to accommodate all returns, there are a few exceptions:
